The TS5000 is currently our largest tractor towed salt spreader with a hopper capacity of 5.0m3 to take approximately 7000 kg of salt. Capable of spreading wet or dry - brown or white salt via its unique Pozi-Feed stainless steel auger system. Fitted with a high speed agricultural axle and high speed wheels and tyres; this is a really cost effective alternative to HGV gritters.
Braking by S-cam brakes hydraulically or by optional air brakes. The spreading circuit is powered from the tractors hydraulics. It is useful on large factory sites behind a 130hp+ tractor or on the highway gritting priority routes.

- Hydraulicaly powered by the quick release PTO mounted pump which is fitted to the tractor PTO, with this option a 60 litre hydraulic fluid tank complete with canister type spin-on return line filter, breather cap and sight guage is fitted. The spreading action is controlled by activation and de-activation of the tractor PTO
