The welfare of our customers and our team is paramount.

Throughout this crisis we have ensured our field-based amenity specialist teams have been operational - based at home, but contactable by phone to help customers with technical advice and order information.

Similarly, within our organisation, essential depot staff have been working to strict safe social distancing guidelines, in order to support our valued customer base.

As and when our industry makes plans for a gentle return, we will be here to support you and your organisation with the challenges that we all face.

Our focus and priority is to continue to minimise risk, to work safely and to service our customers in line with the latest government guidelines.

Working Practice

  • All amenity specialist advisors continue to work within the government guidance and are contactable via phone and email.
  • Site agronomy visits will only be undertaken at customer request and only conducted within the parameters of safe social distancing.


  • Where site visits do take place, Agrovista Amenity Turf Advisor reports will provide contactless and structured site observations and recommendations from our team of specialist advisors.
  • Site specific weather and agronomy information can be provided to help determine effective nutrition and turf management programmes, avoiding the need for direct contact.


  • We have procured products and ranges through our trusted and established supply chain with the aim of helping keep our customers and their organisations better protected.
  • Utilising our technologies and products, we can help you adapt to working practices which help minimise manual operations and equipment contact.
