Agrovista Amenity Fantasy Football League – Terms and Conditions
The Competition is open to Agrovista Amenity customers and members of the UK turf industry.
Entry is free and participants must join the fantasy football league using the code or invitation link supplied by Agrovista. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entries received after the 10th June may not be accepted.
The Competition will follow the rules and scoring system of the selected fantasy football platform. Participants are responsible for managing their own teams throughout the Competition period. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Competition may result in disqualification.
Three prizes will be awarded based on the final league standings. In the event of a tie, the relevant prize money will be split equally between tied participants.
The prizes for this competition are as follows:
1st Prize: £500
2nd Prize: £300
3rd Prize: £200
Prize details will be communicated separately. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Agrovista reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winners will be announced on social media, contacted via email or phone within 28 days of the Competition ending. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, Agrovista reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
By entering, participants agree that Agrovista may use their name, company name, and league position for promotional purposes related to the Competition.
Agrovista accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries, technical failures, platform outages, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Personal data submitted as part of the Competition will only be used for administration purposes and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Agrovista’s Privacy Policy.
Agrovista reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By entering the Competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
