Visitors to the APF Exhibition 2026 will be able to discover how Agrovista Amenity is helping to shape the future of tree establishment with a range of innovative, sustainable solutions for forestry, landscaping and environmental projects.
Celebrating 50 years as the UK's leading forestry, woodland, arboriculture, fencing and biomass show, APF 2026 provides the ideal platform for professionals to explore the latest products and technologies designed to improve planting success while reducing environmental impact.

On stand D2a, Agrovista Amenity will be showcasing its specialist tree establishment portfolio, including the innovative Tree Hugger™, WhiptecBio and MAD Moisture.
Tree Hugger™ offers a sustainable alternative to traditional plastic tree shelters. Manufactured in the UK using organic cotton encapsulated in renewable pine tree rosin, the guards provide a minimum five-year lifespan, protecting young trees during the crucial establishment phase before naturally biodegrading. This removes the need for costly collection and disposal of plastic tree shelters while helping to reduce plastic waste.
Available in 0.6m – 1.8m, Tree Hugger™ guards provide effective protection against browsing animals ranging from rabbits to deer. Their woven construction is tough enough to withstand grazing damage while remaining gentle on young whips, minimising friction and encouraging healthy growth. Made entirely from natural materials, Tree Hugger™ is 100% biodegradable, 100% sustainable and proudly manufactured in the UK.
Also featured on the stand will be WhiptecBio, a fully biodegradable hedge guard developed over more than a decade alongside arboriculture professionals. Manufactured in the UK from recycled moulded fibre with a natural biodegradable additive, the guards create a more stable growing environment by protecting young plants from harsh weather and browsing animals, encouraging stronger root development and improved survival rates.
Designed for easy installation, WhiptecBio guards arrive flat packed and require no plastic clips or ties. Once they have fulfilled their purpose over two to four growing seasons, they naturally break down, eliminating the need for removal and disposal.
Supporting these physical protection products is MAD Moisture, Agrovista Amenity's 100% organic lignin-based hydrogel. Developed to improve soil structure and water retention, MAD Moisture helps reduce watering requirements by up to 50%, supports healthier root development and improves drought resilience. Free from microplastics and forever chemicals, it offers a sustainable solution for improving tree and shrub establishment, with benefits lasting for up to five years.

Whether visitors are involved in large-scale forestry schemes, woodland creation, landscaping or habitat restoration, the Agrovista Amenity team will be on hand
throughout the exhibition to discuss practical solutions for improving planting success and long-term establishment.
