A tractor mounted salt spreader with a 0.8m3 capacity to take approximately 1000kg of salt, the MS 800 is ideal for roads on estates, narrow country lanes or car parks. Capable of spreading wet or dry - brown or white salt via its unique Pozi-Feed stainless steel auger system.
Fitted with category 2 three point linkage the spreader can be used with suitable 80+ hp tractors. The spreading circuit is powered from the tractors auxiliary hydraulic circuit (spool valves).

- Hydraulically driven stainless steel disc, with adjustable spread width from 1.8 m to 8 m
- Manually adjustable spread width valve (graduated)
- Symmetric and asymmetric pattern achievable by adjusting the stainless steel feed chute
- 150 mm stainless steel Pozi-Feed double augers providing positive salt feed even with wet material, driven hydraulically through a heavy duty high load hydraulic motor
- Pozi-Feed augers run in maintenance free nylon bushes
- Manually adjustable application rate valve (graduated)
- Hydraulically powered from the tractors auxiliary system (spool valves)
- Spreading action controlled by activation and de-activation of the tractors auxiliary hydraulic system (spool valves)
- Box section stands which can be retracted when the spreader is mounted, rear stands incorporate swivel shoes for standing down when the spreader is mounted to the tractor
- Galvanised pitched metal hopper cover with access hatch
- All metal work blast cleaned, prior to zinc rich powder prime and finished in polyester powder coat finish
- Rear mounted LED road lighting
- Stainless steel fasteners used where possible
- Fluorescent markings on rear
- Auger reverse switch
- 3 point linkage points to take category 2 mounting
